Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Is laser eye surgery (LASIK) completely safe?
Yes, modern LASIK is one of the safest elective surgical procedures available today. We use advanced bladeless technology that significantly reduces risks and enhances precision. A thorough pre-operative evaluation ensures you are a suitable candidate before proceeding.
How long is the recovery period for cataract surgery?
Most patients notice improved vision within 24 hours of our micro-incision cataract surgery. You can typically resume light normal activities the next day, though full healing takes about 4 weeks. We provide detailed post-operative care instructions.
Do you accept my health insurance?
We are empaneled with all major health insurance providers and TPAs. Our dedicated insurance desk will assist you with the cashless claim process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash. To make treatments affordable, we also offer zero-cost EMI options through our financial partners.
How often should I get a comprehensive eye check-up?
For adults between 18 and 60 with no vision issues, we recommend a comprehensive exam every two years. After 60, or if you have diabetes or hypertension, annual exams are crucial. Children should have their first exam at 6 months, then at 3 years, and before starting school.
Will I experience pain during the procedures?
No. Our surgical procedures, including LASIK and cataract surgeries, are performed using topical anesthesia (eye drops) which numb the eye completely. You may feel slight pressure, but no pain.
